"I was in the middle of a long tour and my tailpiece broke. I had a concert the next day in a town three hours away. The guys at Antique Violins of Augusta opened their doors to me and fixed my cello first thing. They saved my life, and my cello sounded great. It is not easy to find a place that combines great knowledge of instruments with the level of customer service I saw. While they were fixing my cello they told me about the free lessons they give to kids. These people are the future, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they do for the community (and for traveling quartet cellists)."
